Development team of me2everyone goes upgrades the site (day by day), features and more... since 1 week more upgrades run (I don’t know how long it taking to).. We just can only pray, help and support for behind worker of me2everyone to give us, everyone and all the results that we expect and start to make money.

Warning of crime activity

There is a waring from me2everyone of crime activity (Fraud against). A violation of section 8 of the Terms of Use me2everyone, Take a look bellow:

1) Register using different email addresses or aliases in an attempt to gain more ordinary shares

2) Register the names of other people without their express written permission, or

3) Register the names of any fictitious people, people who are dead, family pets or other animals, or inanimate objects, or impersonate any person or entity

Fake Accounts

Some members are going to be extremely unhappy when they are locked out of me2everyone.com and their share allocations are deleted. Someone has committed a fraud, registering fake accounts. He is about to lose everything (shares and be barred from using M2E again).

Lets make me2everyone clean and make it harder for members to commit these acts of fraud in the future.

Job Interviews can be a tough and nerve wrecking experience. Below are the top 10 tips that will make IT/Developers job interviews just a little bit easier.

1. Admit what you don't know When asked something that you don't, do NOT pretend to know it. You will end up looking stupid. Not only that, you kill any chance of getting hired. As a developer, it's almost impossible to know everything. Employers know this, so just admit it and say you're always eager to learn new stuff.

2. Be confident You can tell when a person is confident. They have a certain quality to them that makes others respect him or her. Just remember to not confuse confidence with arrogance.

3. Do Not be arrogant This is very important. Don't go into an interview with an arrogant attitude. I've met programmers who think they are god's gift to computer language. These types of individuals are venom to everyone else around them. Even if you are a programming guru, if you're arrogant, you'll have a hard time getting hired. Employers avoid hiring professionals who will end up bringing other employees down.

4. Show up well dressed There is no need to buy an Armani suit, but at least wear something that you'd wear on a first date. I've been to interviews where one of the applicants was wearing jeans and Homer Simpson socks. A ridiculous dressed programmer gives the impression that they do not get along with other professionals. And no employer wants to hire someone who will be hiding in the corner of their cubicle.

5. Do not talk too much When asked a question, answer it in an efficient and well structured manner. Don't blabber on and on. Short and descriptive answers give the impression that you are articulate, efficient and direct.

6. Get some rest You might be nervous the day before the interview, but getting some rest should be a priority. You don't want to start yawning during the interview. Employers usually don't like that.

7. Make small talk Sometimes a situation could arise where you're alone with someone with nothing to talk about. During a long walk to the interview office for example. Or maybe one of the interviewers is called off for a while. It's best to make small talk during this time. For example, ask how their work day has been so far. Anything is better than just a silent long awkward pause.

8. Display good manners Remember, this is not a dinner with buddies. You have to be respectful. Shake hands and greet everyone. When the interview is over, don't just say bye and walk away. Wait to shake everyone's hands and wait for them to lead you out of the office.

9. DO NOT mention your home projects This is important. Employers only want to know what projects you have worked on other employers. They are not interested in what you have been working on in your basement. We all know that great projects can start in the basement, but in the interview world, this is a major no, no.

10. Be Prepared Study the company. Study what they do and their history. As a programmer, it's also important to try to find out what type of software they use and what programming languages they are using. It not only shows that you're interested in the company, it also shows that you're in the IT side of things.

Firstly, Sorry if this post is not related with me2everyone but usefull informations.

Bad + Sad Day happening with my blog today and my favorite counter tools,

My friends visited my blog and call me.. and

- scream SO ANNOYING!
- i said "Whats up?".
- "Did u blog add ads pop-up many times?"
- I said "NO! I Never add ads of pop-up and kind of that"
- "Well You must see then your blog then hang up"

Woah...

I hurry come home and check my blog, And bang i got 3 ads pop-up and i reflesh i get 1 ads pop-ads. "What happend to my blog!" ARGGG... i dont even put the ads! i research to google name of "JShopper" Because ads direct to that site. "Bang" I found it the prob. is from ASKINAS Blog (Thanks very usefull information). I delete immediately my fav. tools name : "Geovisite Counter" and i confused too why they do that without permission of members? Im Trying contact them but there is no form or link to contact admin. Well From right now i decide to using new counter from Hitstats.

From deeply sadness my hearts and hurts too (Because they do that without permission) im out of using "Geovisite" !

Basically it is an accepted rule all over the internet now is that one is less likely to succeed alone on the other hand if you join hands together with some of the like minded people success comes easy to you and the same thing is applied when me2everyone was conceived.

The concept of social networking is very successful for so many reasons one and formost of which is that you get contacted by and with real willing people for some particular reason and most likely it is related with making money working from home. That is a nice concept and working too for so many times before see the examples of launching of so many social networking sites increasing members list each day, Working successfully with their subscribers.

I myself a member of almost seven social networking sites though I find all are not good too only some of them work fine and for purpose.This is going to be huge and by huge I mean huge when it grows to its full potential.Today the population is 515136 when I am writing this review and there is hope of getting it quadruppled withing next few months.

There's much competition within the social networking world and when you consider that the leading names are only about 4 or 5 years old, there's scope for someone new. There are 1.4bn internet users across the planet, but an estimated 70% of people do not use any social networking website. M2e wanted to create something that everyone wanted. Giving you the chance to be an owner and share in potential profits seems like a good idea. The offer is looking very good owning a part of a huge site generating revinue share is really going to attract a lot of people and the thing is though you are a share holder with the given bonus shares you are not anyway burdened with the company's debt so one is free from worry of whether he is liable repay the debt of the company. You become a member of the me2everyone community by registering on me2everyone. However, as the website belongs to a me2everyone Limited company, and M2E are giving our members shares in the company for free, you also become a member of the company as well. So you have two memberships, firstly as a member of the community website and secondly as a shareholder in a limited company.

What are Shares?
Shares represent ownership of a company. So by becoming a member of me2everyone. you are able to become one of the owners. Shareholders choose who runs a company and they are involved in making key decisions, such as whether a business should be sold.
While shares are most obviously associated with the stock market, the majority of small businesses don't go near a stock market in their lifetime. me2everyone Limited (soon to be me2everyone PLC) is not listed on the stock market, but aims to be within 3 years.

How Many Shares Does me2everyone have?
M2E have an “authorised” share capital of GBP £18.000.000 and this is divided into 18,000,000,000 shares of GBP £0.001 each. This means that as the current value, you need 1000 shares to have GBP £1.00 in value. However this will change as me2everyone becomes more successful and people are prepared to buy your shares from you for more than GBP £0.001 each.

What is the main difference between “authorised”, “allocated” and “issued” shares?
me2everyone’s authorised number of shares is 18,000,000,000 and this is currently the maximum number of shares that we can issue to shareholders.

When you become a member or successfully recommend friends you are allocated shares. Once you fully register (facility coming very soon) you may then request that these shares are issued to you. You will be entitled to a share certificate to prove you are the legal owner of those shares.

So how much money do I have to pay for these shares?
Nothing

Under a detailed agreement, LoreKai Pte Limited has paid for and been issued with 4,000,000,000 shares in me2everyone and they have agreed that many of these shares will be transferred to M2E members. When you are able to fully register and request that the shares are transferred to your name, LoreKai Pte Limited will do this using a Stock Transfer Form. There is no charge to you for this service.

Will I have to pay any tax on these shares?
According to UK tax rules you only need to pay tax when (and if) you receive any dividends from the shares ,or you decide to sell the shares at a profit and are subject to UK tax . For other countries you are asked to seek independent advice.

What is a “dividend”?
This is a share of the profits that’s made once every year. The directors decide whether the company should pay a dividend and how much the dividend should be. For example if the company made GBP £1m in profit, the directors could decide to pay GBP £100,000 which is divided between all the shares issued. Someone with 1000 shares would receive more than someone with only 50 shares. The company could then use the GBP £900,000 balance to develop the company in the next year.

When I become a shareholder am I entitled to vote at meetings?
YES!

There are some meetings to which shareholders will be invited to attend or where you may vote on different aspects of key decisions. For example when the company decides the time is right for a stock market listing, this will need to be agreed by the majority of shareholders.

Will I get a share certificate?
YES!

We are working on a way to deliver share certificates to you electronically. These will have barcodes making each certificate unique. This reduces the chance of fraud significantly.

If I decide to leave the me2everyone website community, will I still be a shareholder in me2everyone Limited?
YES – but only if you have already had your shares issued.

However to read any updates for shareholders, you will need to be registered on the me2everyone website.

Can I buy shares in me2everyone Limited?
No – sorry...

Can I sell my me2everyone Limited shares or transfer them to someone else?
Yes but only to other me2everyone Limited shareholders until M2E become me2everyone PLC. M2E are developing a “share centre” in the members’ area where you can manage your shares. This includes changing your registered address. It will also give you the form to complete to transfer your shares to anyone you choose (as a gift or upon you death). Eventually we will have a place where you can interact with other shareholders and seek any buyer for your shares – prior to the company seeking a stock market listing. There are some rules to observe, but we will tell you about these when the share centre goes live.

If I die, can I leave my shares to my children?
Yes! Your shares once issued are yours to keep or dispose of as you see fit. On the day you die, your shares become part of your estate and you may choose to leave them to your children, spouse or anyone else, including a trust or charity. There will be more information in the share centre, when launched.

Where can I find out more information about the shares or the company?
You can visit http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ and search for company information. When the share centre goes live, you will be able to download our Articles of Association & Memorandum which give you a lot more information about me2everyone, the shares, how shareholder meetings work and the powers that have been given to the directors.

I have heard a rumour that you may change how shares are issued. Is it true?
Many members have asked M2E about creating a me2everyone virtual currency to use within the website. M2E are exploring this and if accepted many of the rewards currently proposed to be paid as shares will be paid into the new currency. This currency could then be used throughout the me2everyone websites and for upgrades and purchases. The currency could be swapped at any time for shares in the company. Our legal team are looking into this and if any changes are made to the Terms of Use, all shareholders and members will be notified.

Warning - SELLING M2E SHARES ON EBAY

We got some news warning from M2E (Please be aware),

This weekend one of our new friends, he had bought 600 me2everyone shares of E-bay for GBP £5.94, but could not see them in his Share account. M2E advised him to contact the seller and request his money back.

Please be aware that me2everyone shares are NOT currently available for sale (nor do we have any plans during 2009). If you see anyone selling me2everyone shares, please contact M2E immediately. it is in the interests of all members that M2E safeguard the integrity of the company and the interests of all M2E members.

Please remember that you receive an allocation of shares at no cost when you become a member or recommend your friends. When shares are registered and the share centre is opened (in me2everyone), this will be the ONLY place where shares can be transacted. All of the legal forms will be in place and our Company Secretary can be updated on all transfers and arrange the new certificates to be issued.

M2E Finance Director, David Lewis, offers the following advice:

“For members information, the position in respect of shares is very clear. Firstly you cannot pass any shares in me2everyone ltd to anyone without first seeking the permission from the company. In the event that permission is granted then the transfer of the shares can only be effected by the shareholder completing the legally required paperwork. This involves them filling in a stock transfer form and sending this to the company together with their share certificate. Once the company receives these two documents, it records the change of ownership of the shares in its records and sends a new share certificate to the new shareholder. Only when all the paperwork is complete is the new owner recognised as the shareholder by the company.”

Once me2everyone ltd completes its current restructure to become a public limited company, you will not need to seek permission to transfer your shares to someone else. However the paperwork procedure for notifying the company of the change of ownership will be the same.
